Mouth of the Tyne Festival: Fuel Fandango live

For the 3rd time ¡VAMOS! joins up again with the Mouth of the Tyne Festival taking place at the amazing surroundings of Tynemouth Priory. This time featuring an exclusive performance by one of Spain’s hottest acts, Fuel Fandango!

They've recently released their debut album which deftly mixes elements of funk, rock, electronic music along with touches of a personal Flamenco style and was mastered in London by Simon Davey (Depeche Mode, Bjork, Chemical Brothers). They are made up of producer Ale Acosta (remixed the likes of  Ska Cubano, José Mercé, Ojos de Brujo, Enrique Morente and The Pinkertones) and vocalist Nita who lists influences from Nina Simone to Billy Holliday, from Björk to Sade! The Fuel Fandango sound is at once contemporary, familiar yet still contains a rootsy and exotic sound.

They'll perform at Tynemouth Priory alongside four other live bands (more info here) for an afternoon of music!
